  1. What does “RIPP BY GOD” mean?
    RIPP stands for Rooted In Prayer & Purpose BY GOD. We create faith-fueled streetwear for those who live boldly for Christ, combining urban style with Scripture-driven purpose.

  2. Where are your products made?
    Our apparel is designed with intention and crafted using high-quality materials for durability and comfort. We work with trusted manufacturing partners to ensure each item meets our standards of excellence.

  3. Do you offer international shipping?Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States  

  4. What’s your shipping policy? 
    We process orders within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is paused on holidays and follows USPS operating days, so please allow extra time during peak seasons. Ripp by God is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.  

  5. What’s your processing time?
    We fulfill orders from our FL warehouse within 3 business days. Please note that processing may take longer during holidays or major sales. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

  6. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way on USPS.com

  7. What is your Return policy?

    At Ripp by God, we want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size or item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To qualify:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
    • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or for another item of equal value (subject to availability).
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange will be processed, and you’ll receive tracking information for the replacement item.

    Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Returned packages due to inaccurate addresses will incur reshipping fees
  8. Do you restock sold-out items?
    Some of our pieces are limited-edition, while others may be restocked. To stay updated on restocks and new drops, follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our newsletter.

  10. Can I exchange FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE item?

     

    All clearance purchases at Ripp by God are final. Clearance items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
